Partners in Building opened its first Dallas-Fort Worth model home Sept. 27 at Windsong Ranch in Prosper, according to a company news release.

The gist

The home, located at 4340 Corabelle Lane in Prosper, features five bedrooms, four full baths, two half baths and a three-car garage. It’s meant to offer inspiration for customers who are designing their own custom home with Partners in Building.

Four lots are currently available for purchase to build a custom home, said Chris Lemming, Dallas-Fort Worth division president. Prices start at $1.8 million for homes on half-acre lots, according to Windsong Ranch’s website. Square footage can range from 4,000 to 8,000 square feet.

Two inventory homes are currently under construction and are expected to finish in late spring 2024, he said. Those homes are also for sale.

“If a customer were to come in today and wanted to buy one of those [inventory homes], we would sell it, and there’ll be an opportunity to make changes to the home or interior design changes currently,” Lemming said.

The details

The model home totals about 5,223 square feet, according to the news release. The floor plan sports a U-shaped design with an extended covered patio that opens to the family room and downstairs game room.

Walls of windows also run throughout the home to provide natural light and a view of the community and its amenities, Lemming said.

“We bring in a ton of natural light as often as we can,” he said.
