Officials with Methodist Celina Medical Center confirmed the new hospital would open March 17 during a Jan. 21 Celina State of the Community presentation.
Once open, the hospital will immediately begin providing emergency and critical care services with plans to offer additional women’s health options such OB-GYN services in August.
Other offerings include:
- 30 medical surgical beds
- 12 emergency department beds
- Eight intensive care unit beds
- Two procedure rooms
- One catheterization lab
- Three operating rooms equipped with a da Vinci surgical robot
- Opening March 17
