At their Aug. 5 meeting, Prosper Planning and Zoning commissioners approved a site plan for a proposed retail center located at the southeast corner of the intersection.
The details
The site plan for the property includes a grocery store with a connected convenience store and gas pumps, a bank, three restaurants and three additional retail or restaurant spaces, according to town documents.
Restaurants with drive-thrus would require a special use permit and further approval from the commission.

The property is owned by Remington Preston LLC, which purchased the land from Blue Star Land in 2023, according to county records.
