Celina residents have a chance to offer input on an incoming city park.

An online survey to gather additional community feedback on Celina’s final Ousley Park master plan is open to the public until Nov. 29, according to a Nov. 1 news release.

Residents can access the survey here.

Some context

Ousley Park is an approximately 30-acre park designed to follow along the Doe Branch Creek corridor near downtown Celina.

Celina City Council members last discussed updates to the Ousley Park master plan at an Oct. 10 meeting.

Prior community feedback has been helpful when master planning the park, said Matthew Milano, a project manager and landscape architect at the engineering consultant firm Freese and Nichols, at the Oct. 10 meeting.

“I wanted to also acknowledge all of the hard work that was done prior to this master plan effort from the community just to get us to a good starting point with this project,” Milano said.
