Paws on Broadway is returning to Broadway Street in Downtown Prosper.

The event will include a number of festivities for dogs and owners, including treats, keepsakes, vendors, shaved ice, a balloon photo backdrop and more.

Additionally, attendees can watch performances by Texas Amps & Axes youth bands, and dogs can enjoy pools, balls pits, games and giveaways.

The Town of Prosper Parks and Recreation Department booth will allow attendees to pick up a coupon for a free pup photo hat, while supplies last. They can take the coupon along with a digital photo of their dog to Inappropriate Trucker Hats, located at 116. W. Broadway St., for a personalized moment from the event.

“We are excited to bring back one of the community’s favorite events,” Parks and Recreation Director Dan Baker said in a news release. “We invite you and your family to come visit us in downtown and see all the new things going on in Prosper.”

The event is family friendly, and dogs are required to be on leashes at all times unless they are in the fenced-in “off-leash area.”
