The restaurant will offer Korean inspired bowls and plates. Customers will choose from chicken, beef or tofu with a choice of brown rice, white rice, vegetables or salad.
An opening date is unknown, however, documents filed with the Texas Department of License and Regulation indicate renovation to the space will be completed in October.
The first Flame Broiler opened in 1995 in California and franchising began in 1999, according to the company website.
