La La’s Taqueria is opening soon in Prosper.

The main menu item the restaurant will serve is birria tacos, owner Dante Ramirez said. It will also serve street tacos. Patrons will be able to choose from a number of protein options, including chicken asado, chorizo, al pastor and avocado. They can also order tacos La La’s style, which feature cheese-crusted tortilla with guacamole, cilantro, onions and queso.

“The food was inspired by a lot of taco shops in L.A. and Mexico,” Ramirez said. “It’s a real simple menu.”
