Einstein Bros. Bagels is opening soon in Prosper, a company representative said in an email.

The representative did not have an estimated opening date for the store. Documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction is set to finish in late May. The bakery will sell bagels and bagel sandwiches, and also has pastries, such as cinnamon rolls and muffins, on its menu as well.
