A family-owned steakhouse and bar is nearly ready to open in downtown Celina.

The Forge 1912 will offer diners locally sourced and Texas-raised steaks, local organic greens, a full wine list, and patio dining light bites as well as a curated private chef’s table dining experience, co-owner Kristen Ethridge said in an email.

The steakhouse plans to open in late fall, likely sometime in November, Ethridge said.
