Anamia’s Tex Mex opened its 2001 N. Preston Road, Prosper, location May 16, Anamia’s staff said.

The Prosper eatery officially replaces the restaurant’s former location in Plano, which closed in November.

Diners at Anamia’s Tex Mex can enjoy both lunch and brunch meals, such as chicken enchiladas, pork tamales, beef burritos, breakfast quesadillas, migas, huevos con chorizo and more, according to its website.
