A new shaved ice stand is now open in Prosper.

Firehouse Shaved Ice opened June 24 and celebrated its grand opening June 30. The shaved ice spot is owned by Cindy and Tim Johnston, and is located at 105 N. Coleman St. Flavors at the stand include banana, lemon lime, Dr Pepper and more.
