A new active adult living facility is open in Prosper.

Alders Prosper began taking tenants in early March and is expected to celebrate its grand opening May 19. The new facility is opened to tenants 55 years and older and offers a variety of floor plans.

One- and two-bedroom apartments with wood-style flooring, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops are available at Alders Prosper. The facility also includes amenities such as a pub-style game room, private wine lockers and an internet coffee bar.

Weekly activities will also be hosted at Alders Prosper, including happy hours, art classes and other social events.
