Coventry Homes officials announced seven floor plans were available for homes on 50-foot lots, and nine floor plans were available for homes on 60-foot lots, according to the news release. Home prices are starting at about $500,000 for 50-foot lots and about $620,000 for 60-foot lots, according to Coventry’s website.
Hillside Village, a 71-acre community planned in east Celina, will include a recreation center, a resort-style pool, a playground, parks, and a hike and bike trail system. Dallas-based developer Wynne Jackson purchased the land for Hillside Village in 2021, according to its website.
The details
Homes on 50-foot lots will range from 1,977-3,225 square feet and will feature three or four bedrooms. Home designs include game rooms, island kitchens, covered patios, and two- or three-car garages, according to the news release.
Some 50-foot lot plans also include formal dining rooms, studies and more.
Homes on 60-foot lots will range from 2,580-4,089 square feet and feature four or five bedrooms, according to Coventry’s website. Home designs include studies, game rooms, media rooms, island kitchens, covered patios, three-car garages and more.
