The development will have 47 lots in Phase 1, which will be called Golden Ranches Celina West, a developer representative said. A groundbreaking will be held Nov. 25.
“We'll only be selling lots but will provide some custom home builders for the homeowners to build their dream home on the lots,” Golden Ranches Celina partner Tarak Brahmbhatt said in an email.
A second phase will be done on the east side of the property with about 48 lots, which will be called Golden Ranches Celina East.
Phase 1 will be completed April 30, and it will include roads, lights, water and sewer.
The development will include open space, water bodies and amenities within the development. There will be only 95 estate homes in the 169-acre development, a representative said.
