The proposed business will be membership-based, according to town documents.
The facility will house four simulator bays that can be reserved online, and members will be able to access the facility for their reservation using a smart lock on the front door.
The owners plan to renovate the home while maintaining the basic structure and aesthetic of the house, including adding square footage and six parking spaces, per town documents.
A development schedule submitted by the applicants indicates construction will take roughly one year.
