First State Bank is relocating in Celina.

It currently operates on Ash Street and the new location will open on Preston Road. The Preston Road location will replace the one on Ash Street.

The bank will offer personal and business banking services. Patrons will be able to open personal and business accounts, receive a variety of loans including mortgages, and utilize online banking at the new branch.
