3. The Depot

The apartment will offer 336 one- and two-bedroom units by the end of 2025. The building will be four stories and sit in the Celina Station mixed-use development. The Depot is being developed by the Dallas-based HighPark Capital. Each unit will include granite countertops, brushed nickel hardware, stainless steel appliances, kitchen islands and other features, according to HighPark Capital’s website. When they move in, residents will have access to amenities such as a pool, fitness center, indoor gaming lounge and more.
