The franchise, owned by Kirk and Jenny Rose McKean, will offer curriculum-based pre-K, preschool, and advanced pre-K programs. The school enrolls children from infancy through 12 years of age.

The Prosper wholesaler will be located on US 380 bordering Frisco and Prosper. It will offer members grocery, pharmacy and other services available at its other locations.

The eatery’s menu will feature a variety of pizza options including black olive, BBQ chicken, pepperoni, shrimp, eggplant and more. Spaghetti sauces include mushroom, garlic butter and alfredo. Sandwiches and wings will also be available.

The restaurant will include a full commercial kitchen and two floors of seating space. It will include American fares on its menu with steaks, house made pasta and desserts. It will be combined with Mary Ann’s Speakeasy, which is part of the 1902 restaurant but located at the back of the second floor. The business will be owned and operated by Alora Hospitality, which is owned by Jason Young and Donny Churchman.
