1902 restaurant and Mary Ann’s Speakeasy is opening soon in downtown Prosper.

The restaurant will take over the Prosper Wine House location, which closed in November.

The new concept will include a full commercial kitchen and two floors of seating space. It will include American fares on its menu with steaks, house made pasta and desserts.

1902 is named for the year Prosper was established.

It will be combined with Mary Ann’s Speakeasy, which is part of the 1902 restaurant but located at the back of the second floor. An elevator will also be installed in the building, officials said.

The business will be owned and operated by Alora Hospitality, which is owned by Jason Young and Donny Churchman.
