The Costco Wholesale warehouse being built at the corner of Preston Road and Ownsby Parkway in Celina is expected to have a 2025 opening date.

Developers are hoping to open the new store “by the end of next year,” SHOP Companies partner Jack Weir said Dec. 26.

SHOP Companies is the entity overseeing the leasing of The Crossing at Moore Farm, a large-scale mixed-use development that includes the Costco as well as an incoming Lowes and multiple other businesses.
