The restaurant offers several hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, and sides, such as pasta salad or potato salad. This is the first location for the chain in Prosper.5. Zomnir Family Medical

The medical office offers primary care services through an enrollment-based plan that allows patients to contact the doctor directly through email, text or phone call. Zomnir Family Medicine was previously located in McKinney and relocated to Prosper, according to the company website.Coming soon

6. Barbie’s House


The retail store also offers home decorating and design services, said owner Jennifer Brown in an email. Barbie’s House is named after Brown’s mother, Barbie Clariday, who has owned a store named Ooh’s & Aah’s in the Houston area for 25 years. The Prosper store will be the business’s second location, Brown said.7. Dutch Bros Coffee

The shop offers a number of caffeinated drinks including coffee, iced tea, lemonade and more. Dutch Bros first opened in 1992 and now has locations across 17 states.8. Legacy ER & Urgent Care

The facility treats a number of medical issues such as illnesses and injuries in need of immediate attention, including chest pain, abdominal pain, dehydration, complex fractures and more. It will also treat acute and chronic illnesses that are non-life threatening such as cold, flu, strep throat, lacerations and more.9. The Spark Center

The center will offer group and individual speech therapy as well as pre-school programs meant to immerse children in language-rich experiences, to foster vocabulary expansion, and learn early literacy skills.10. The Speckled Turtle Pottery Studio and Boutique


The studio will offer a number of classes and activities such as paint your own pottery, screen printing, glass fusing and more. Additionally, it will offer several day camps for children over the summer beginning in June. 11. Maya Creamery and Lounge

The shop offers rolled ice cream in both signature and Indian-inspired flavors as well as a variety of toppings. The shop also offers faloodas, a popular Indian dessert. Other items on the menu include bubble tea, fresh fruit tea, lemonade, crepes and macarons. The business opened in McKinney in February with other stores planned in the area, including Prosper.
