The firm specializes in engineering, planning and land use expertise, according to the company website. The firm also deals in matters related to zoning, annexation and extraterritorial jurisdiction processes. A company representative did not know an estimated opening date; however, documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation indicate renovations will conclude in May.4. Walmart

Walmart Media Relations Director Kelsey Bohl confirmed the company is planning a Celina store. She said she did not have an estimate on when it might open but expects the project will break ground over the summer. The retailer sells groceries, electronics, clothing and more.
