The Dallas-based chain cafe features all-day breakfast options, sandwiches, soups and salads. It also serves entrees as well as traditional French bakery and retail items.3. 5. Menchie’s

The franchise yogurt shop is moving into the existing Peachwave Frozen Yogurt location. The location will be closed for the remainder of 2023. Another Menchie’s location is open in Prosper at 4740 W. University Drive, Ste. 40. Menchie’s offers self-service frozen yogurt and frozen yogurt cakes.6. Chick n’ Burger


The restaurant will serve hamburgers, chicken tenders, salads, milkshakes and more, owner Christian Johnson said. In addition, Johnson said Chick n’ Burger will blend technology into the dining experience by using robots to deliver food to customers.7. The Offices at Prosper Trail

At final build-out, the development will have 14 buildings containing 54 office condos, according to a Cloud Loft Development representative. 9. Dick’s Sporting Goods


The store held a grand reopening in Prosper after remodeling took place. Previously, the store served as a dual location for Dick’s Sporting Goods and Field & Stream, a company representative said, but the space was remodeled to only include Dick’s Sporting Goods. The retail store remained open during the remodel with some areas sectioned off but is now fully open and sells sporting and recreational goods, including athletic apparel and sporting equipment.10. Outback Steakhouse

The restaurant is opening in the Gates of Prosper, according to documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. According to the filing, construction on the restaurant is expected to begin in April 2024 and wrap up in September 2024. Outback Steakhouse has a menu that includes seafood, chicken, steaks, and more.CLOSURE

11. Honeylu’s Coffee

The shop has permanently closed in Prosper, according to a social media post from the company. Along with coffee, the shop served tea, espresso, smoothies and specialty drinks. According to the post, the company’s mobile truck, The Speedy Bean, will continue to serve Prosper.
