Pickleman’s Gourmet Cafe is slated to open a Prosper location in August 2024, franchise owner Jesse Murphy said in an email. The chain’s first Texas location is planned to open in McKinney in February.

Pickleman’s Gourmet Cafe serves gourmet macaroni and cheese dishes with add-ins such as chipotle chicken and barbecue pork, according to its website. It also offers pizzas, sandwiches, soups and salads.
