Harder Concepts, the operators behind The Brixton, Ringo’s Pub and Scruffy Duffies, will hold a St. Patrick’s Day block party on Saturday at the Shops at Legacy, 5865 Kincaid Road.

The party will take place at the parking lot of Scruffy Duffies, and Ringo’s Pub, and will spill over into The Brixton, according to a company news release.
