Uncle Zhou opened its restaurant Jan. 6 at 8200 Preston Road, Ste. 110, Plano. The Chinese Henan restaurant moved to Plano from New York City and has been listed as a Michelin Recommendation for high-quality and inexpensive food since 2013.
