Plano homes sold in June continued their year-over-year rise in sales price as the supply of homes on the market continues to shrink.
Total housing market inventory in Plano was down 36% from June of 2019, according to market data provided by the Collin County Association of Realtors.
Half of homes sold in Plano went for more than $368,000 in June of this year, a mark 7% higher than the same month a year earlier.
