A Plano department has a new director, according to a city news release.

Curtis Howard will serve as director of neighborhood services in the city, based on the March announcement. He previously served as the interim director of the department since January.

Howard previously worked with the Plano Police Department as the administrative services manager and as a senior legal advisor. He has also worked with the Collin County District Attorney’s office in several roles.
