The upcoming Port of Subs location in south east Plano, across the road from Methodist Richardson Hospital, is currently under construction.

Construction started this month and is slated to finish in December, according to a project filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Port of Subs serves a variety of classic sub sandwiches and signature hot subs, including gourmet grilled cheese, meatball marinara, teriyaki chicken melt and more. Additional menu items include wraps, salads and breakfast sandwiches.

Also under construction in the same building is a new Dunkin' location and a new UPS Store. The stores will be part of a 6,400-square-foot shopping center called Renner Wynngate Plaza.
