Towne Square II is an 80,000-square-foot, two-story building that will house 24 office suites and two conference rooms. It also has an indoor and outdoor café, a touchless elevator and entry door system, and an air purification system.
This project is the second phase of Towne Square I and is located in the Legacy Business Park at 8400 Belleview Drive, Plano. The second building will be connected with Town Square I via a greenbelt and walkway. Town Square II is expected to be complete next fall.
Primera Companies, Inc. will manage the property and leasing will be done by Andrew Scudder of JLL, according to the release.
