1. Lite-On manufacturing facility in McKinney
Lite-On Technology Corp., a Taiwan-based manufacturing company that specializes in semiconductor components, is moving into an existing warehouse facility in McKinney, per a TDLR filing. The move will bring at least 600 jobs to the city, per previous reporting.

4. Terminal C South Skylink exterior escalator and canopy

The facility is part of the Highlands at Panther Creek development, which has a 25-acre retail shopping center coming soon, according to real-estate company CBRE Group’s website.
