Seven alleys in Plano are set to have pavement replaced.

City Council approved the project, which will cost $2.1 million, during its June 12 meeting.

The details

The project will include the removal and replacement of around 7,500 linear feet of pavement on the following alleys:
  • Biltmore Place
  • Coach House Lane
  • Rochelle Drive
  • Grayson Drive
  • Sage Brush Trail
  • Queens Way
  • Sutherland Lane
The $2.1 million will be funded by the city’s 2022-23 street improvements community investment program, according to the agenda item. Council awarded the job to KIK Underground LLC.
