The restaurant specializes in fresh stone crab claws served chilled, pre-cracked, and with a house specialty mustard sauce less than 24 hours after being caught. The rest of the menu runs the gamut of seafood offerings from caviar and lobster bisque to Norwegian salmon and Idaho rainbow trout. The Plano restaurant has been in the works since 2022 and will mark the company’s seventh location in Texas, according to the company website.
