Zaap Kitchen Lao & Thai Street Eats plans to open its sixth location in Plano at 5976 W. Parker Road, Ste. 304, in late June or early July, according to a spokesperson for the company.

The restaurant will serve a variety of Laotian cuisine, including curry, noodles, stir-fry and desserts. According to its website, the restaurant is named after the Lao word for “delicious” and aims to bring Laotian cuisine to the local foodie scene. The restaurant will occupy a former T-Mobile store.

Zaap Kitchen currently has three Dallas locations, one Fort Worth location and plans to open a location in Lake Highlands. www.zaapkitchen.com
