A new Salad and Go location is set to open at the corner of Parker Road and Midway Road in Plano. The restaurant located at 3401 Midway Road was set to complete construction late last month, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, but construction is still ongoing. The location is also listed as “Coming Soon” on Salad and Go’s website.

The drive-thru chain offers a variety of salads, wraps, teas, coffees and more. Salad and Go has one other Plano location at 1400 Coit Road. An exact opening date and phone number for the Midway Road location are not yet available.
