Rose Gold Pilates recently opened in Plano.

The pilates studio offers a variety of pilates reformer classes as well as hot mat classes which are full body workouts held in a dimly lit, 90-degrees studio.

Reid said all reformer classes are beginner-friendly and modifications will be offered throughout the 50-minute classes.
