The shop will be located at 1501 Preston Road, Ste. 850. Construction to build out the coffee shop is set to begin Sept. 1 and finish Jan. 1 of next year, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Black Sheep serves a variety of coffee drinks, smoothies and shakes along with Norwegian waffle snacks and packaged coffee beans.
The restaurant has several locations in the U.K., France and the Philippines. Black Sheep is also set to open a location in Dallas. The Plano and Dallas locations will be the first two in the United States.
