“StreetFair is a free online marketplace where neighbors can find and book home maintenance providers their neighbors already use and trust,” StreetFair DFW general manager Sarah Brown said in an email.
Brown said the company chose to launch in Plano because it is a wonderful community where residents come together.
“We aimed to enhance this sense of community by providing a free resource for neighbors to share home maintenance referrals without all the noise of self-promotion and spam,” Brown said. “These are real neighborhood favorites.”
