Virginia Parkway widening
Construction is ongoing on Virginia Parkway lanes 5 and 6. When complete, the project will add an additional lane in each direction from US 75 to Ridge Road.
In construction areas, drivers can expect one lane of traffic to be closed weekdays from 9 a.m.-4 p.m., and delays are expected. Installing traffic signals and lighting conduits will also continue in June.

Hardin Boulevard, McKinney Ranch Parkway widening
The city of McKinney is working to widen Hardin Boulevard from four lanes to six lanes between SH 121 and McKinney Ranch Parkway. Construction along McKinney Ranch will widen the roadway from two lanes to four lanes between Hardin and US 75. Intermittent lane closures and delays are expected throughout June.

FM 546 extension
Within the next month, construction crews will install retaining walls next to Ross Cemetery and work to elevate drainage between Couch Drive and Country Lane. Old Mill Road off of McDonald Street will remain closed while construction is ongoing. When complete, FM 546 will start east of McDonald Drive and run through Airport Drive.
