The Kansas City Southern Railway Company is set to reconstruct its railroad grade crossing at Ohio Drive and will cause detours as the location will be closed to traffic between Plano Parkway and Mapleshade Lane Aug. 15–18, according to a city news release.

Through traffic on Ohio Drive north of the President George Bush Tollway, and through traffic south of Plano Parkway will not be permitted. Northbound drivers on Hillcrest Road/Ohio Drive will follow Mapleshade Lane east to Coit Road or west to Preston Road. Southbound drivers on Ohio Drive will follow Plano Parkway east to Coit Road or west to Preston Road.

Local businesses with access drives on Ohio Drive south of Plano Parkway will still have access using Tradition Trail.
