First Watch is opening soon in Prosper.

This will be the 25th location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and will serve a number of breakfast and lunch options that includes sandwiches, omelets and more.

The restaurant will offer rotating seasonal menus that change five times per year, a company representative said.
