Trinity Falls, a McKinney-area master-planned community located northwest of US 75, has expanded its offerings of available home types by bringing in townhomes by Highland Homes.

Prices start from the $360,000s. Highland Homes offers three floor plans ranging from 1,792 to 1,830 square feet and offering three second-story bedrooms, including the primary suite. Other features include two-car garages, kitchen islands, open-concept common areas and outdoor space.

“These are the first townhomes we have offered in Trinity Falls and we wanted to do something to mark that milestone,” Trinity Falls General Manager Robert Ditthardt said in a news release. “These townhomes will display finishes that are currently exclusive to Trinity Falls and will complement our existing homebuilder line-up. The introduction of these townhomes makes Trinity Falls more accessible to home buyers who prefer the easy convenience of low yard maintenance with a lock-and-leave lifestyle.”

Highland has already sold 30 townhomes, exceeding developer projections for sales in the spring and summer, Ditthardt said. A home purchase includes exterior maintenance, such as landscaping, irrigation and painting. Three model homes are now open, and tours are available by appointment only, the news release stated.

Amenities in the community include The Club at Trinity Falls, Old Joe Dog Park, a spray park, playgrounds, disc golf, and proximity to the lakes and nature trails found at the 350-acre B.B. Owen Park. Another amenity center with a second resort-style pool, a fitness center, event space and more is under construction.

Townhomes in Trinity Falls were initially announced last year with the builder Grenadier, but those lots have now gone to Highland Homes. www.highlandhomes.com/dfw/mckinney/trinity-falls/townhomes/section
