A new restaurant is opening in downtown McKinney. Black & Horn expects to open by the end of 2019 in the old Éclair Bistro space at 216 E. Virginia St., McKinney. The restaurant will offer American fare and feature an upstairs lounge and live music. Owner Chris Ford said the name Black & Horn pays tribute to a furniture store located in downtown McKinney in the 40's. A website and phone number are not available.
