Bold in the Cold 15K & 5K
The Lake Grapevine Runners and Walkers 25th winter event will include a 15K and a 5K, with both events starting together at 8 a.m. The route will wind through trails around Lake Grapevine, offering runners views of the lake.

This family-friendly event includes a 10K, 5K and a fun run that winds through Plano Oak Point Nature Preserve. After the run, food and drinks such as hotcakes, coffee, hot chocolate, beer and more will be available at the after party.

This event is for members of Plano Pacers as well as nonmembers. Plano Pacers members with chips do not need to register. Members who have not yet picked up chips should arrive by 7:30 a.m. on race morning to pick up a chip. Nonmembers can register online for the race. The Kid's K is free and open to all kids with no need to register in advance.

This fundraiser benefits Casey’s Kids, which was formed in 1997 when Janie Casey, a former Keller ISD counselor, discovered that a student was missing school because of a lack of clothing. This year, Casey’s Kids is partnering with the KISD Health Expo to increase awareness of Casey’s Kids and healthy lifestyles. Additional activities include live performances from the KISD Fine Arts department, inflatables and food trucks.
