The Ghostly Hauntings at Chestnut Square tour features audio and video clips of paranormal activity in the historic homes at Chestnut Square. The Collin County Master Gardeners Association is hosting its annual Garden Show over the weekend, featuring speakers, demonstrations, vendors, family activities and more. Speakers on the first day of the event will present topics including drought-proofing, how to grow great turf in Collin County, and how to grow tomatoes, while presentations on the event’s second day will include tree pruning, plant combinations and garden whimsy.
The event will be held at the Myers Park and Event Center, located at 7117 CR 166, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own cart or wagon. The $2 per person entry cost will be donated to the Community Garden Kitchen.
