Why are you running?

I am running to continue to serve our county and country. I have been given a great education by my county and country and want to continue to serve the citizens and be a problem solver.

What are you hoping to accomplish if elected?

I will work with TXDoT to continue to invest in highways and mobility infrastructure to provide freedom of movement to the citizens. Also, our county has been blessed with great infrastructure for the last twenty years but now we must prepare for the next twenty years.

What will you bring to this office in terms of your qualifications or perspective?

I have been the sitting commissioner for the past six years. I am a West Point graduate and now an MBA graduate from the University of Texas at Dallas. I have experience as a small business owner for six years as well as being a telecom executive.

What are the biggest issues facing the district today, and how do you plan to address them if elected?

Growth drives service needs. We need to make sure we have enough sheriff's deputies and detention officers. We need to have enough judges and the constables to serve the papers for them and the clerks to support. We address these needs yearly during our budget decisions.
