Ask the McKinney editor: Can you write about my business?

Each month we report on businesses coming soon, relocating or expanding in McKinney. We also write features about locally owned businesses and restaurants that have been open for at least one year.

After reporting on the McKinney community for nearly two and a half years, I will be moving to Colorado in early September to be closer to family. However, news does not stop in McKinney and neither will Community Impact Newspaper’s McKinney team. Reporter Emily Davis will soon be joined by Miranda Jaimes, who will serve as editor.

If you have news to share about your business or would like us to write about your favorite restaurant, send an email to mcknews@communityimpact.com. If you have a public event that you would like considered, submit it online at communityimpact.com/event-calendar/add-an-event.

Please give Miranda a big welcome when you see her in the community!
