Flour Mill Bistro will offer breakfast and lunch during weekdays, Property Manager James Bresnahan said. The breakfast menu includes egg sandwiches, breakfast burritos, frittatas and pastries, while the lunch menu will include croissant sandwiches, salads and wraps. The bistro will also offer a drink menu featuring Lavazza coffee, frappuccinos, tea, soda and Red Bull refreshers, Bresnahan said.
The eatery, located on the first floor of the McKinney Flour Mill, features French-inspired decor as well as seating both within the bistro and in the first floor lobby. The restaurant will offer both dine-in and to-go service, Bresnahan said.
“Dine-in guests are encouraged to lounge-and-work and have business meetings in the lobby,” Bresnahan said in an email.
