The store will offer charcuterie boards featuring a mix of cheese, meat, vegetables and fruit. Additional offerings will include a smaller board designed to be a small meal for one person and char-cuter-cups, which is a small charcuterie meant to fit inside of a cupholder. Vegetarian and keto options are also available.

Owner Kevin Safstrom, who owns the business with his wife Annette Safstrom, said they were drawn to Graze Craze because they found the concept interesting.
“One of the four tenets [of Graze Craze] is to celebrate everything and that was a draw for us,” Safstrom said. “Whether it’s graduation or a wedding, we get to be a part of the best parts of people’s lives.”
