Downtown McKinney frozen treat shop Cocktail Creamery surpassed five years of operations on July 30.

The shop, owned by Sharyn and Ted Lindblad, offers alcohol-infused frozen treats and ice creams that are made in-house, as well as alcoholic drinks at its bar. When it opened, the store began offering nine ice cream flavors and has since expanded its menu to include 119 flavors, Sharyn Lindblad said.
“We let our business grow organically and listened to our customers' feedback in anticipation of them coming back for more,” she said in an email.
